Using Web-based Tools and Apps in Transition Planning and Service Delivery

Dawn A Rowe, Ph.D. is the project coordinator for the National Post-School Outcomes Center, a collaborative effort between between the Technical Assistance and Consulting Service (TACS) and the Secondary Special Education and Transition Unit (SSET) at the University of Oregon. Her duties include providing technical assistance to states and local education agencies on Indicator 14, product development and dissemination, event coordination, and overall project coordination activities.
