Transition Clinic

Eugene Transition Clinic

The Eugene Transition Clinic is a new and exciting project of the UCEDD, which specializes in working with adolescents (14-18 years old) and young adults (19-24) with a variety of disabilities. Their goal is to help each individual client positively adjust to adulthood, realize their full potential, and successfully transition into living independently. The Clinic draws on the expertise of physicians from the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center (CDRC) as well as faculty and staff from the University of Oregon’s Special Education Program and the University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD).
